1. Drug Vial Connection

1a. Peel of the seal.

1b. Bring SmartDose^®
adapter to drug vial.

1c. Firmly push drug
vial adapter over vial.

2. Drug Reconstitution

2a. Peel-off security seal.

2b. Twist 90° and push drug vial adapter into SmartDose^®.

2c. Squeeze pump and
inject NaCl solution into vial.
Mix gently.

3. Drug Dilution

3a. Invert pump and release hand pressure to create a vacuum effect.

3b. Wait until completion of
vacuum effect.

3c. Shake gently to dilute
drug.

Repeat as of step 2c if necessary.

4. Drug Administration

4a. Disconnect drug vial.

4b. Connect SmartDose^® administration set.

4c. SmartDose^® is READY
for infusion.
